Terms of Service
The fine print — written in plain English.
1. Services
Weekly PR Media provides guest posting, digital PR, link building and content writing services as described on our Services and Packages pages. Specific deliverables, timelines and pricing are agreed in writing before work begins.
2. Client Approvals
For guest posting campaigns, we share the proposed website list for your approval before content is written. Placements proceed only on approved sites.
3. Payments
Campaigns are billed as agreed in the proposal — either one-time or monthly retainer. Work begins after payment is received unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Turnaround
Estimated timelines are provided in good faith. Most placements go live within 2–4 weeks of content approval, depending on each publication’s editorial calendar, which is outside our direct control.
5. Placement Permanence
We work only with established, real publications and placements are intended to be permanent. If a placement is removed within 6 months through no fault of the client, we will replace it with an equivalent placement free of charge.
6. Refunds
If we cannot deliver an approved placement, we refund that portion or substitute an equivalent placement at your choice.
7. Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including ranking fluctuations.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.
